We ask that you call us at least 24 hours before your appointment time if you wish to cancel or modify it.

If you do not respect the 24-hour deadline, a fee of 50% of the amount of the service that was to be offered to you will apply.

If you are absent without notifying us, you will be charged 100% of the costs (of the service that was to be offered to you).
