Sorin joined our team in 2012 as a massage therapist and has over 23 years of experience in the field of massage therapy.

 

It was in 1998, in Romania, that Sorin first trained in massage therapy and physiotherapy. Following his arrival in Quebec, in 2011 he completed training in kinetic Swedish massage, passive mobilizations and chair massage at the Kiné-Concept Institute in Montreal. He then became a member of the Quebec Federation of Massage Therapists (FQM).

 

His desire to use several approaches to deal with his loyal clientele will lead him to deepen his knowledge. Thus, Sorin obtained in 2012 his diploma in integrated kinesiology and training in sports massage, which will also allow him to diversify his clientele. In 2013, he will also complete his training in integrated cranial therapy and manual lymphatic drainage.

His passion translates to his hands. He applies his knowledge to benefit his many patients. His practice motivated him to complete the advanced sports massage course and, in 2017, he obtained a cupping treatment certificate from the School of Advanced Studies in Manual Therapy, followed by training in Introduction to the practice. of osteopathy in 2018.

In 2019, he obtained a certification in K-taping from the International K-Taping Academy as well as a certificate in Jin Shin Do acupressure. In 2020, he adds to his knowledge a certificate in hygiene, asepsis and infection prevention in massage therapy. In 2022, he expands his field of expertise and completes his certification in fasciatherapy. 

 

DIn his spare time, Sorin practices Shotokan karate and holds his 3rd Dan black belt.
