Sergio graduated from the Exercise Science: Athletic Therapy Specialization program at Concordia University in 2007. He passed his certification from the Athletic Therapists Association of Canada (CATA) in 2008.

​

His career began at the Boucherville and Longueuil clinic as a certified sports therapist in 2010 in order, among other things, to oversee the therapeutic services and first aid of the Sport-Études Soccer program of the French College. Sergio also remains the coordinator of sporting events for our clinics.

​

A soccer and hockey enthusiast, he has worked with several sports teams since 2005 (AAA Montreal-Concordia Soccer, AAA Spatial Soccer team in St-Hubert, ARS Concordia, ARS Laval, Quebec Games, Anjou Secondary School Football, Hockey Junior AAA Laval & St-Léonard, Hockey Midget Espoir of the French College).

 

He also had the privilege of accompanying the team that represented Quebec and Canada at the Games of La Francophonie in 2017 in Côte D'Ivoire. The experience he has accumulated in dealing with all these athletes makes him an exceptional resource in matters of sports injuries of all kinds.  ​

In his spare time, Sergio enjoys running, working out, reading, practicing karate and working out at the gym. He is also the co-creator of a Youtube film analysis channel.​
