Émilie Trudeau

Émilie Trudeau graduated with a master’s degree in physiotherapy from the Université de Sherbrooke.
 

His interest in sports physiotherapy was born by following his brother, now a professional hockey player, to his hockey games. 

 

During her university career, Émilie trained as a sports first responder in order to follow different sports teams while studying. She has notably been a physio assistant for the ETS rugby team and other sports teams for high school sports studies.

She is currently pursuing her post-graduate training in perineal and pelvic rehabilitation at the Université de Montréal.

Emilie is herself very active! She practices running, hiking, alpine skiing, alpine ski touring as well as functional training and occasionally yoga.
